This big capacity cooking machine is designed with double planetary mixer to ensure thorough mixing and full scraping on the dish like bottom surface.It is equipped with double cylinders to balance well the weight of machine itself and cooked materials. Double cylinders are usually equipped to cooking mixer machines over 300L.
Full body is made up of stainless steel 304, world recognized suitable and healthy steel for food materials. Except for electric and hydraulic parts, almost all parts are fabricated in our factory with laser machines to ensure their accuracy and compatibility with each other and thus reduce occurrence of breakdown.
Energy source of the machine can be optional for LPG or LNG gas to reach high temperature in short time and strong flame can help to cook efficiently.
